we are back in the 30s in places like napa. that makes this the coldest morning we have had in the past week and a half. 37, napa. 44, concord. 42 degrees in livermore. starting out with the 50s, we have had pretty good cloud cover. we are starting out nice and clear because of all that wind. it tends to keep our atmosphere mixed up. and keep that moisture from settling in. no fog to report at this point. i do want to talk about the winds for today. we have another disturbance headed our way. let's talk about that. take it right to your futurecast. we stop the clock as we head through the second half of the day. 3:00 to 4:00. hot pink all across the bay area. 50-mile-per-hour wind gusts on the way yet again. we have this really unstable atmosphere with the jetstream situated on top of us. winds will start to relax as we head through the overnight hours and tomorrow looks a lot better. then the warmup is on. high pressure takes control. this guy is going to bring our numbers up toward 90 degrees. enjoy the 70s today and tomorrow
